The 30,000 lb. capacity heavy duty four post truck lift features a superior lifting system with high tensile strength leaf chain and sealed roller bearings for maximum reliability and smooth, consistent operation. Heavy duty hydraulic cylinders provide optimum lifting performance with minimum maintenance, ensuring years of dependable service in demanding commercial environments. An All-in-One Hydraulic Truck Alignment and Service Lift

The 44030XAR alignment rack four post truck lift accommodates heavy duty vehicles and can be transformed into a complete productivity solution with optional accessories including ramp kits, oil drain pans, heavy duty turning radius gauges, and rolling jacks for brake and wheel work. The built-in runway rail system provides versatility to add convenience options like rolling jacks and sliding oil drain pans, maximizing your shop's efficiency and service capabilities.

The 44030 series truck lifts are available in three different lengths to handle a wide range of vehicle sizes: standard length models accommodate wheelbases up to 230 inches, extended length (E) models handle up to 290 inches, and the extra extended length 44030X/XAR models accommodate wheelbases up to 350 inches. This 44030XAR extra extended model offers the longest platform in the series, perfect for super-duty trucks, extended buses, and specialty commercial vehicles.

Alignment Rack (AR) truck lifts feature turning radius gauge cutouts and are designed for optional flush mounted 10500HD gauges. (Turning radius gauges and rolling jacks are sold separately.) Alignment rack auto lifts are perfect for increasing your truck repair and alignment service offering, making your shop more profitable and competitive in the heavy-duty market.

Warranty Information

LIMITED WARRANTY

Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.

The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.

Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.

Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.
