Advanced Alignment Features
Slip Plates for Precision Rear Adjustments Multi-caster slip plates integrated into the rear of the runways allow for extremely precise, free-floating alignment. Combined with the front turn plates, your alignment work is smooth, responsive, and hassle-free.
Multi-Position Turn Plate Pockets Dual, recessed turn plate pockets let you position the corrosion-resistant, galvanized turn plates in the location best suited for individual vehicle positioning. These turn plates provide more clearance for equipment installations and ensure you can accommodate a wide range of vehicle configurations.
Adjustable Runways for Different Tread Widths Runways adjust for different tread widths, offering 37.5" or 51" spacing between runways. The runways feature a non-skid surface, so even if they get wet or oil-stained, your vehicles will rotate on the turn plates without slipping off the ramps.

Dual-Hub Cable Sheaves and Heavy-Duty Aircraft Cable This alignment lift comes standard with robust 10.5" diameter cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes, plus 2.25" diameter sheave axles that are equally durable. A 1/2" diameter 6 x 25 aircraft-quality stainless-steel lifting cable runs through each of the four columns. Designed for non-stop use, these cables are totally resistant to rubbing and other abrasions (e.g., weather, chemicals, hydraulic oil), contributing to the longevity and low-maintenance cost of owning and operating your lift.
Spring-Loaded Multi-Position Safety Locks As the alignment lift rises to your preferred service level, springs engage the multi-position safety locks into place at each ladder position. With 13 locking positions spaced at 4" intervals, you can get your lift to just the right height. No need to reach or bend for the turn plates—the adjustable nature of the spring-loaded, multi-locking structure offers you the comfort of knowing that you're safe to lift, even if there's a slight slope in your garage.
Push-Button Pneumatic Lock Release A simple push-button pneumatic lock release makes lowering operations simple and fast. Aircraft-quality stainless steel and aluminum pneumatic cylinders provide years of trouble-free service.
Secondary Lock System A slack-cable lock is your backup safety mechanism that's ready at all times to shut off the alignment lift in the event of dangerous cable slack.

Electric-Hydraulic Power System No maintenance necessary! The electric-hydraulic power system features ergonomically located controls for easy operator access during repetitive daily use. The motor operates at 220 VAC / 60 Hz / 1 Ph with a quiet 45 dB noise level. The lift reaches full rise in just 60 seconds, maximizing productivity in high-volume shops.
Built-In Lubrication Grease fittings are included on every BendPak lift, so you can focus on the alignment of your wheels without worrying about the lubrication of your cable sheaves. BendPak makes it easy to keep an eye on your grease nipples, which only require periodic maintenance. Just peek inside the structure before, during, or after using your alignment lift to see how the fittings are doing.
Flexible Protective Conduit An extra-tough yet flexible conduit protects all airlines and hydraulic hoses from daily wear. Built for Extended-Length Vehicles
The HDS-14LSX is the extended-length model, designed specifically for trucks, vans, and other longer-wheelbase vehicles. The runways are 199" in length, with an overall length of 241" and an outside length of 213". This extended design accommodates vehicle wheelbases up to 182" for 2-wheel alignment and up to 156" for 4-wheel alignment, making it ideal for professional shops that service a wide range of vehicle types.
Longer Approach Ramps Longer ramps make it easier to load low ground-clearance vehicles onto the car lift structure. Alignments on these vehicle types are no hassle, and of course, larger vehicles can glide on just as easily. The minimum runway height is just 7.625", allowing easy access for low-profile cars.
Capacity and Wheelbase Range
The HDS-14LSX is rated for a 14,000 lb. total lifting capacity, with a maximum of 7,000 lbs. per axle (front or rear). Minimum wheelbase requirements vary by load:
At rated capacity (14,000 lbs.): 140" minimum wheelbase
At 75% capacity (10,500 lbs.): 120" minimum wheelbase
At 50% capacity (7,000 lbs.): 100" minimum wheelbase
At 25% capacity (3,500 lbs.): 80" minimum wheelbase
This flexibility ensures you can safely lift a wide variety of vehicles, from compact cars to full-size trucks.
Optional Accessories and Expandability
Optional Rolling Bridge Jacks Optional 7,000 lb. capacity rolling bridge jacks (Model RBJ7000) make a great addition to increase service capacity. Bridge jacks raise the front or back of vehicles, so wheel and brake service can be performed without moving to a two-post lift or scissor lift. Use two jacks to raise the entire car. Telescoping arms and frame contact pads extend over runways and target the vehicle frame's lifting points. Three locking positions offer additional operator control.

Dimensions and Installation
The HDS-14LSX has an overall width of 130" and a width between columns of 120", providing a generous 98" drive-thru clearance. Column height is 95", with a maximum lifting height of 77.625" and a maximum rise of 70". Each runway is 20" wide and 199" long, with adjustable spacing of 37.5" or 51" between runways.
Shipping dimensions are 209" x 23" x 42", with a shipping weight of 3,067 lbs.
Important: An air supply (minimum: 30 psi / 3 CFM) is required for the safety-lock mechanisms to disengage. It is solely the responsibility of the end-user to provide, install, and maintain the air supply.

What is not covered under this warranty:
Any failure that results from Purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate, maintain or service product in accordance with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s) supplied
Any damage caused by overloading Product beyond rated capacity
Items or service normally required to maintain the product, i.e. lubricants, oil, etc.
Items considered general wear parts such as rubber pads, lifting cables, etc. unless wear or failure is a direct result of manufacturer defect due to material and/or workmanship
Any component damaged in shipment or any failure caused by installing or operating lift under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings
Motor or pump failure caused by rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments or other contaminants
Rusted components due to improper maintenance or corrosive environments
Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with product functionality
Damage due to incorrect voltage or improper wiring
Any failure that results from improper installation or use not according to specifications
Damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, wind, and lightning
Damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications
Responsibilities of Warrantor under this warranty: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, component which is defective, has malfunctioned and/or failed to conform within duration of the warranty period. BendPak Inc. will pay reasonable labor costs for the first 12 months only
Responsibilities of Purchaser under this warranty:
Provide dated proof of purchase and maintenance records
In some cases, components may be required to be shipped to the nearest BendPak Authorized Service Center. Freight costs, after 12-months, must be borne by the Purchaser.
Use reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of the products as described in the owner’s manual(s).
Immediately upon receipt of the Product, Purchaser shall inspect the same. Any claim for shortage must be made within ten days after Purchaser's receipt. All other claims, including claims for alleged defective Product, must be made within fifteen days after Purchaser learns of the facts upon which such claim is based, but in no event later than the applicable one, two or five year period specified above for the specified component(s). All claims not made in writing and received by Seller within the time periods specified above shall be deemed waived. With respect to any defects incapable of discovery until in use, all claims for any
damages or losses as a result of such defects shall be deemed waived unless made in writing and received by Seller within fifteen days after Purchaser learns of the alleged defect giving rise to the claim and after the expiration of said periods, but in no event later than the applicable one, two or five year period specified above for the specified component(s). Purchaser expressly assumes all liability for all such damages or losses, irrespective of any use which shall have taken place or whether the alleged defect shall have occurred or been discovered prior to expiration of such periods.
When Warrantor will perform repair or replacement under this warranty: Repair or replacement will be scheduled and serviced according to the normal work flow at the servicing location, and depending on the availability of replacement parts.
