The Centro-Ring pressure lubrication system is a proprietary FS-Curtis exclusive that sets the ML7.5 apart from all competitors. This patented technology supplies pressurized oil internally to all bearings and critical wear surfaces through the rifle-drilled crankshaft and connecting rods. 100% Cast-Iron Construction – Where It Counts
When FS-Curtis says 100% cast-iron, we mean it. The ML7.5 features 100% cast-iron cylinders, cylinder heads, connecting rods, and crankshaft — all cast-iron where it counts for longer life with less maintenance. Some pumps claim 100% cast-iron yet still have aluminum cylinders, cylinder heads, connecting rods, and crankshafts – not FS-Curtis.
The ductile cast-iron crankshaft and connecting rods are stronger, more corrosion-resistant, and far less likely to break under heavy industrial use. Combined with a slow-turning pump design, this rugged construction delivers true industrial performance and service life that outlasts aluminum and composite alternatives year after year.
