Legendary Type 30 Two-Stage Design
The Ingersoll Rand Type 30 two-stage pump at the heart of this compressor is renowned for durability and longevity. Featuring 100% cast iron construction, the pump is designed for 100% continuous duty applications, delivering pressures up to 175 PSIG maximum for high air capacity and pressure requirements. The pump houses a precision balanced overhung crankshaft with one piece connecting rods, ensuring ease of maintenance and service over years of operation.
Individually cast cylinders are equipped with 360° radial fins that protrude from the external surfaces of the barrel cylinders, providing maximum cooling during operation. A finned copper intercooler ensures a lower inlet temperature at the second stage for improved efficiency and extended component life. The pump utilizes a simple yet highly reliable splash lubrication system and features high efficiency finger valves for superior performance.
