The Ingersoll Rand 2475N7.5-V delivers professional-grade compressed air power with its 7.5 HP, two-stage cast iron pump and 80-gallon vertical receiver tank. Engineered for 100% continuous duty operation, this compressor is built to handle the demands of heavy shop and industrial environments. With 24 ACFM at 175 PSIG and a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI, it provides the high air capacity and pressure required for automotive service and body shops, fleet maintenance, machine shops, manufacturing lines, woodworking operations, and more.
This compressor features the legendary Ingersoll Rand Type 30 pump—renowned for its durability and reliability. The 100% cast iron construction includes individually cast cylinders with 360° radial fins for maximum cooling efficiency. Precision-engineered components like the overhung crankshaft and one-piece connecting rods ensure ease of maintenance and long service life. A finned copper intercooler lowers the inlet temperature at the second stage for superior efficiency, while the splash lubrication system provides simple, reliable operation.

Designed for heavy shop or industrial use, Ingersoll Rand Electric-driven Two-stage air compressors provide the reliability and performance that are ideal for most applications and users including automotive service and body shops, fleet maintenance, machine shops, production and manufacturing lines, woodworking shops, dry cleaners, car washes, general maintenance/repair shops, and farms. All Two Stage Air compressors are configured with a durable cast iron design for 100% continuous duty use, featuring an overhung crankshaft, one-piece connecting rods, and individually cast cylinders. Value, Value Plus, and Premium packages are available to best suit diversified customer needs.
The Ingersoll Rand Type 30 two stage pumps are 100% cast iron and are able to deliver pressures up to 175 psig. The pump houses a precision balanced overhung crankshaft with one-piece connecting rods and utilizes splash lubrication—a simple yet reliable design. 360° radial fins protrude from the external surfaces of the barrel cylinders for maximum cooling. A finned copper intercooler ensures a lower inlet temperature at the second stage for better efficiency. The low oil level switch provides constant protection against dry startups.

Ingersoll Rand offers All Season Select® based start-up kits to provide improved protection for Small Reciprocating Compressors. Each kit contains all the parts needed to correctly start up and maintain your compressor for the first year. It includes All Season Select®, a synthetic fluid specifically formulated to protect and preserve Ingersoll Rand small reciprocating air compressors. It enables the customer to run 2,000 hours of service between change-outs under normal operating conditions and gives the added protection of extended warranty coverage.

Valve Assembly & Gasket Kits: These kits include the complete valve plate assembly, gaskets, and o-rings. They have been created to drastically reduce service time on these machines.
