The Challenger 44050E is a premium 50,000 lb. capacity 4-post truck lift designed specifically for heavy commercial trucks, waste trucks, construction vehicles, and transit buses. With its extended 41-foot overall length, this chain-driven lift provides an economical yet highly reliable solution for shops that service large-axle vehicles with varying weight distributions. The innovative variable-synchro power system with dual hydraulic lift cylinders allows technicians to independently raise the front or rear suspension—or both simultaneously—making it ideal for vehicles with heavier front or rear axles.
Built with heavy-duty, high tensile strength leaf chain and sealed roller bearings, the 44050E delivers maximum reliability and long-term durability in demanding commercial environments. The lift features diamond plate anti-skid runways and heavy-duty fixed approach ramps for positive vehicle traction, along with adjustable runways that accommodate a variety of tread and axle widths. A built-in runway rail system supports optional accessories like rolling jacks and sliding drain pans, adding versatility to your service operations.
Safety and convenience are paramount with the velocity fused redundant hydraulic safety system, 10-level twin ladder lock positions providing comfortable working heights, and a single point air actuated lock release system that allows technicians to disengage all column locks simultaneously. With a 73-inch rise height and 75-second speed of rise, this lift provides fast, efficient service access. Now available in an attractive new black color, the Challenger 44050E combines industrial strength with a modern, professional appearance.
The independent control console is mounted away from the hydraulic lift for safe, convenient access to all power controls. The console features the variable-synchro power system, which allows operators to raise and lower the front or rear suspension either simultaneously or independently—perfect for vehicles with heavier front or rear ends. Dual pressure gauges provide real-time feedback on hydraulic pressure at both ends of the lift, and the single point air lock release button enables technicians to disengage all column locks at once for faster, safer operation.
Diamond plate anti-skid runways and ramps are bolted down for safe, easy drive-on access. The textured surface provides positive vehicle traction, preventing slippage during vehicle loading and unloading. These heavy-duty fixed approach ramps are built for long-lasting durability in demanding commercial shop environments. The 32-inch wide runways and adjustable runway positioning accommodate a wide variety of tread widths, from 36 inches to 58 inches between runways, giving you the flexibility to service everything from delivery trucks to large transit buses.
The 10-level twin ladder lock positions provide a comfortable working height for a variety of service work on many different vehicle types. Whether you're performing routine maintenance, brake service, exhaust work, or heavy drivetrain repairs, you can position the vehicle at the optimal height for ergonomic access. The 73-inch rise height offers ample clearance for undercarriage work, and the robust ladder lock mechanism ensures the lift remains securely locked at the selected height. Combined with the velocity fused redundant hydraulic safety system, these locks provide multiple layers of protection for technicians working beneath the vehicle.
