All lifting cables are fully enclosed within the lift structure for safety and a clean appearance.
Dual-hub cable sheaves: BendPak insists on using dual-hub cable sheaves to reduce stress and fatigue on axles, sheaves, and cables—even though they cost more to manufacture. When you buy BendPak, peace of mind comes standard.

Single hydraulic cylinder: Each lift is equipped with a single industrial-grade hydraulic cylinder, hidden away under the runway for minimum exposure and maximum reliable performance. Our cylinders feature a single-piece, pilot-fitted, machined steel piston wrapped with specially designed, pressure-loaded U-cup piston seals, backups, and wear bands to virtually eliminate fluid bypass. The micro-smooth chrome rod is machined from high-yield, ground and polished C-1045/50 micro-alloy steel, plated to a minimum of .001" diametrically, ensuring superior operation and life. High-durometer, mechanically loaded rod seals make rod leakage a thing of the past, while a specially formulated abrasion-resistant urethane rod wiper provides exclusion protection. The welded cylinder body is made from robust steel tubing produced to exceed ASTM specifications, ensuring the cylinders remain straight, smooth, and durable for decades. An integrated flow restrictor provides controlled descent in the case of an unexpected hose rupture.
All HD-Series lifts feature a durable powder-coat finish that gives the metal a high-quality, extremely durable surface capable of withstanding even the harshest environmental or chemical conditions. Unlike other companies that claim to powder coat, BendPak takes pride in a meticulous 10-step finishing process. First, all parts are visually inspected before being sandblasted. Afterwards, parts are washed in BendPak's 5-stage phosphate tanks (which can accommodate parts up to 25 feet long). Once cleaned, they're immediately dried to avoid rust, then outgassed. Outgassing pre-bakes parts in a curing oven, reducing the possibility of blemishes hiding in the metal's pores. If not properly outgassed, imperfections may bubble during curing and cause chips in the powder. After washing and outgassing, any surfaces or threaded holes that need protection are masked or plugged with high-temperature tape and silicone plugs. Next, parts receive a quick thinner wipe to remove light debris or fingerprints before being hung on an electrostatically grounded conveyor line. The powder is applied using an electrostatic spray gun—the powder "sticks" to the surface much like dust sticks to a television screen. Once powder coated, carts are rolled into BendPak's curing oven and baked at 400°F for 45 minutes. The result? A finish that looks great and lasts for years.

Longer approach ramps: The included approach ramps are designed a little longer to help when loading low ground clearance vehicles. It's a small detail that makes a big difference when you're driving a lowered sports car or performance vehicle onto the lift.
Automatic safety locks: Aircraft-quality stainless steel and aluminum pneumatic cylinders release all four locks simultaneously with the simple push of a button. The spring-loaded safety locks automatically engage continuously as the lift is raised. For added safety, a secondary lock system acts as a slack-cable device to engage in the unlikely event of cable failure—redundant protection you can count on.
Runways accommodate narrow and standard vehicles: The 19" wide runways with 37.5" spacing between runways accommodate a wide variety of vehicle widths, from compact cars to full-size trucks. Runways also include a rail-kit for optional accessories, giving you flexibility to add jacks, drip trays, and other productivity-enhancing tools.
Non-skid runway surface: Runways feature a non-skid surface for secure footing and confident vehicle loading.
Removable approach ramps: The approach ramps are removable for additional drive-under clearance when needed.
Customizable power unit location: The power unit location can be customized to suit your shop layout, giving you installation flexibility.

These drip trays are an essential four-post lift accessory, especially if you have a vehicle that leaks. These affordable, impact-resistant polypropylene drip trays are rugged and light, and help solve the common problem of potentially harmful drips.
Each tray comes with 56 articulated catches and gutters to restrain the fluid from sloshing out. So all that oil, coolant, and other muck stays neatly contained within individual compartments, even when carried or bumped. A smart, black color hides the appearance of stains and blemishes.
