Our heavy-duty mobile lifting system, along with optional sets of accessory support stands, accommodates multiple lift bays with one lift system. The CLHM-190 robust yet easily maneuverable mobile columns can be operated on almost any solid surface, indoors or out. This 19,000 lb. capacity per column model features wireless technology, 10-inch Android-based touchscreen controls, an integrated battery and 110-volt charging system, and adjustable wheel carriages that fit a range of wheel sizes from 5" to 24.5" diameters. The system's precise balanced design, heavy-duty tow handle, and spring-loaded wheels make moving and aligning individual lift units simple and easy with minimal effort.
Hydraulic-operated units provide heavy-duty lifting capacity enabling you to service everything from small cars to large trucks, transit vehicles, and municipality equipment. With a maximum lift height of 69 inches (when using 4 or more units) and a smooth lift speed of 60 inches per minute at max load, the CLHM-190 combines speed, precision, and safety. The system operates on 12-volt deep cycle batteries (now standard with AGM batteries effective May 2025, featuring a 2-year free replacement warranty) to eliminate the need for power source hookups and provide reliable 25 VDC nominal operation.
Integrated Charging System
The 110V built-in multi-stage charging system keeps your battery-powered wireless operation running smoothly. A charging status light provides real-time battery updates to assist with job planning and management, so you always know your power status before starting a lift. The system requires only 120 VAC @ 60 Hz with 1.3 amps, making it easy to plug in and charge between jobs without specialized electrical infrastructure.
Wireless Operation
The wireless operation system allows for a clutter-free work area without cables to connect, navigate around, roll over, or replace. With 12 radio frequencies and a wide channel range (100 to 120) for each frequency, the system prevents radio noise from interrupting service. This means no more tripping hazards, no tangled cables, and no downtime replacing worn cords—just clean, efficient operation across your entire shop floor.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.
Note: Warranty registration must be completed online at https://www.challengerlifts.com/register-your-lift/ or warranty period will begin from invoice date of lift purchase.
