The Challenger CLHM-140 mobile column lift system delivers professional-grade heavy-duty lifting with unmatched versatility and convenience. With a robust 14,000 lbs. capacity per column, this set of four columns provides a combined lifting capacity of 56,000 lbs., making it ideal for a wide range of vehicles—from passenger cars to medium-duty trucks and fleet vehicles. Each column features an integrated 110V multi-stage charging system, Android-based 10" touch screen control console, and advanced wireless operation technology for a clutter-free, cable-free work environment. Precision-engineered for reliability and safety, the CLHM-140 system is ALI/ETL Certified and meets stringent industry standards. With adjustable wheel carriages, real-time weight monitoring, and linear position transducers for synchronized lifting, this system provides the control and confidence you need for safe, efficient heavy-duty lifting operations.
Built-In 110V Multi-Stage Charging System: Each CLHM-140 column includes an integrated multi-stage charger that plugs into standard 120 VAC @ 60 Hz shop power. The system operates on 12 volt deep cycle batteries to deliver reliable 24 VDC nominal operation, eliminating the need for external power source hookups during lifting operations.
The integrated charging status light provides real-time battery level updates, allowing you to plan service jobs efficiently and ensure your lift system is always ready for use. With the new AGM battery technology (effective May 2025), you get improved performance, faster charging, and the confidence of a 2-year free replacement warranty.
Cable-Free, Clutter-Free Operation: The wireless operation system on the CLHM-140 allows for a completely clutter-free work area without cables to connect, navigate around, roll over, or replace. This not only improves shop safety but also speeds up setup and repositioning, letting your technicians focus on the job at hand.
With 12 radio frequencies and a wide channel range from 100 to 120 for each frequency, the system prevents radio noise and interference, ensuring consistent, reliable communication between columns. The result is synchronized, safe lifting every time.
Intuitive Control at Your Fingertips: The new 10" Android-based integrated touch screen control console provides easy-to-use, precise control over all lifting operations. The CLHM Series is available in flexible configurations to match your shop's needs. Whether you're working on light-duty vehicles or heavy commercial trucks, you can configure the system with 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 columns. Available models include the CLHM-140 (14,000 lbs. per column) and the CLHM-190 (19,000 lbs. per column), providing lifting capacities from 28,000 lbs. (set of 2) up to 152,000 lbs. (set of 8 with CLHM-190).

LIMITED WARRANTY
Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.
Note: Warranty registration must be completed online at https://www.challengerlifts.com/register-your-lift/ or warranty period will begin from invoice date of lift purchase.
