The Atlas® ML-4030BC-KIT mobile column lift system is the perfect solution for any professional repair shop that needs to safely raise heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles while managing limited bay space. This ALI Certified four-column system delivers an impressive 66,000 lb. total lifting capacity (16,500 lbs per column) with the freedom and versatility that only wireless, battery-powered mobile columns can provide.

Each heavy-duty mobile column is powered by a robust 2.2 Kw 24V DC motor and equipped with two rechargeable batteries per column, ensuring sustained performance throughout your workday. Combined with an integrated hydraulic pallet jack system on each column, this design allows for unparalleled freedom of movement around your shop. The columns may even be moved outside for use on any level concrete surface with a minimum thickness of six (6) inches, giving you the flexibility to lift vehicles wherever you need. When not in use, the mobile columns can be easily stored out of the way, maximizing your valuable shop floor space.

The Atlas® ML-4030BC mobile column set offers full lifting capacity for both short and long wheelbase vehicles. Need even more power? The system is easily expandable—add two extra columns to reach 99,000 lbs capacity, or four extra columns to achieve a massive 132,000 lbs capacity for the heaviest commercial equipment. The easily adjustable forks accommodate tire diameters ranging from 19 inches to 44 inches, making this lift system adaptable to virtually any vehicle type, from standard trucks to oversized commercial rigs.

Each column features an LCD screen that displays the exact lifting height in real time, ensuring precise control and synchronization across all columns. An electronic synchronization system guarantees simultaneous operation of all columns for balanced, safe lifts every time. Double-safety is assured by both hydraulic flow control and automatic mechanical locks. Every column is equipped with an emergency stop button for immediate operator control.

Battery power lasts for 10-20 lifts depending on load, and recharging is simple with the attached 110V single-phase cord at each column. The kit includes four 32-foot column connecting cables for versatile positioning, and the system is backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty for your peace of mind.

Optional Atlas® Tripod Support Stands can be added to support vehicles securely during wheel service and other maintenance tasks.
