The Challenger CL10A-XP9-QC Series represents the pinnacle of express service lifting technology. With an impressive 9,000 lb. capacity and innovative drive-on express pad design, this ALI-certified 2-post lift eliminates the guesswork from vehicle positioning, enabling accurate first-try spotting that dramatically boosts productivity and reduces operator frustration in fast-paced service environments.
What truly sets the CL10A-XP9-QC apart is its revolutionary Quick Cycle™ technology, which accelerates lifting operations by an astounding 30 percent compared to standard models. Experience lightning-fast 24-second rise time and 17-second descent with the Quick Cycle system, compared to 38 seconds with standard configurations. In high-volume express bays, these time savings translate directly to increased throughput and profitability.
Designed with versatility in mind, the CL10A-XP9-QC offers adjustable width settings from 11'6-1/2" to 11'11" and multiple column height configurations (standard 11'2"/11'8", 2-foot extension to 13'2"/13'8", or 3-foot extension to 14'2"/14'8"), ensuring the lift adapts perfectly to your facility's ceiling height requirements. The standard model accommodates 12-foot minimum ceiling heights, with optional extensions available for taller bays.
Built for the demanding rigors of express service environments, this American-made lift features Dual Pendant Controls for expedited vehicle spotting from either column with unobstructed views of lift points, a 90-inch drive-thru clearance, and an impressive 74-1/8" rise height. Premium engineering touches include an oversized 5" diameter pulley with heavy-duty 5/16" cable that reduces equalization system stress and dramatically extends cable life.
The integrated CLXP9 low profile express service pad is purpose-built for rapid vehicle positioning in express service applications. This innovative pad system features a compact 2.25" platform height with 24" width and selectable 58" / 66.5" / 75" platform lengths to accommodate diverse vehicle wheelbases. The 31.5" width between platforms provides ample clearance for most vehicles while maintaining optimal lift point access.
Each lift includes a comprehensive spotting block package with (4) 1.5-inch rubber spotting blocks, (4) 3-inch rubber spotting blocks, and (2) convenient spotting block storage caddies, ensuring you always have the right adapter height for any vehicle configuration. The drive-on pad design eliminates time-consuming arm positioning, allowing technicians to focus on service work rather than lift setup.
Challenger's commitment to quality and longevity is evident throughout the CL10A-XP9-QC. The 48-inch elongated carriage design increases operational life, while the fully gusseted base plate enhances column rigidity and stability under load. A pulley-less jacketed single-point lock release system delivers smoother operation and extended service life compared to conventional designs.
Safety features are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed. The padded overhead shutoff system prevents costly vehicle damage, while dual integrated rubber door guards protect vehicle panels from inadvertent contact. Premium double telescoping screw pads adjust to multiple heights, minimizing the need for adapters and ensuring secure vehicle contact. Plated arm restraints and arm pins inhibit rust formation and provide lasting durability in demanding shop environments.
The lift's low lock height of 12" net rise enables safe vehicle access for undercarriage work, while the 208-230V, 1Ph, 30 Amp motor provides reliable power without requiring specialized electrical infrastructure. A durable premium powder coat finish ensures long-lasting appearance and corrosion resistance even in harsh automotive service environments.
