The Cyclone FT-6035 is a heavy-duty bead blasting cabinet designed for users who need a large work area, durable construction, and professional blasting performance at an affordable price. Proudly Made in the USA, the FT-6035 arrives fully assembled and features welded 16-gauge steel construction with reinforced angle iron legs for exceptional durability and leak-resistant performance.
Built to handle a wide range of parts and applications, the FT-6035 features a spacious interior with a unique full top-opening lid system that makes loading large or awkward parts easy. The lid opens from front to back with the assistance of dual heavy-duty gas shocks, allowing smooth and effortless operation. A reinforced right-side access door provides additional convenience for repositioning or accessing parts during blasting while maintaining a tight seal to help prevent leaks.
The FT-6035 comes equipped with comfortable long rubber blast gloves that allow users to easily reach throughout the cabinet without opening the lid. The cabinet also includes a foot pedal-operated blast gun with a durable tungsten carbide nozzle, offering longer life and improved wear resistance compared to ceramic or steel nozzles. The blasting system requires approximately 25 CFM at 70–90 PSI for optimal performance.
For improved visibility during operation, the FT-6035 includes the powerful DC-1500 dust collector, producing 90 CFM of airflow to help keep the cabinet interior clear of dust and debris. The cabinet features dual light receptacles and a master on/off switch that also controls the dust collector receptacle, allowing the entire system to be operated from one convenient location. A built-in safety air shutoff valve automatically cuts airflow to the blast gun whenever the lid is opened, helping reduce the risk of injury during use.
The FT-6035 bead blasting cabinet is ideal for rust removal, paint stripping, surface preparation, glass etching, and general abrasive cleaning applications. Compatible abrasive media includes white and brown aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, and blasting garnet. Steel shot is not recommended, and sand should never be used in abrasive blasting cabinets due to the serious health hazards associated with silica dust exposure.
With over 40 years of blasting equipment experience, Cyclone designed the FT-6035 to provide professional-grade performance, easy access, and reliable operation for both commercial shops and serious hobbyists.
