The Cyclone 4224 is one of the most flexible blast cabinets available, built with welded 16-gauge steel to help prevent leaks. It comes fully assembled, so there is no need to bolt on legs, tops, or side doors. A spring-assisted lid makes opening and closing easier, while the solid right-side access door is made from the same durable steel as the cabinet for a tight, secure seal.
The 4224 includes a DC-1500 dust collector, producing 90 CFM to help improve visibility while blasting. The cabinet also features a light receptacle, on/off switch, trigger-operated blast gun, ceramic nozzle, and an air cut-off safety valve that stops airflow when the lid is open.
Comfortable rubber blast gloves and oversized hand ports make it easier to work inside the cabinet. This unit is compatible with media such as white or brown aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, and blasting garnet.
