The PT-100 Direct Pressure Blast Pot Sandblaster delivers fast, aggressive cleaning performance for demanding abrasive blasting applications. Unlike traditional siphon-feed systems, a pressure pot sandblaster combines compressed air and abrasive media under pressure, producing higher blasting velocity and faster surface preparation..

Built for performance and durability, the PT-100 is proudly made in the USA and arrives fully assembled and ready for use right out of the box. Designed with both convenience and safety in mind, the pressure tank is ASME certified to help ensure reliable operation. Large solid wheels and a durable handle make the unit easy to move around the shop or job site, while the included 10-foot blast hose provides extended reach with fewer repositioning stops. With a 100-pound media capacity, the PT-100 allows operators to work for extended periods before refilling, making it ideal for larger cleaning and restoration projects..

While commonly referred to as a “portable sandblaster,” all pressure pot blasters still require an external compressed air supply for operation. The PT-100 is considered portable because of its mobile design, easy maneuverability, and long blast hose setup..

Pressure blasters operate differently than gravity-fed or siphon-style systems. Once connected to compressed air, the operator simply opens the blasting valve to release a high-velocity stream of abrasive media. This concentrated blast stream removes rust, paint, scale, corrosion, and debris much faster than many conventional blasting methods.

The PT-100 supports a wide range of abrasive media, including:

  • White aluminum oxide
  • Brown aluminum oxide
  • Glass beads
  • Silicon carbide
  • Blasting garnet

For safety and equipment protection, steel shot is not recommended, and sand should never be used in abrasive blasting equipment due to serious health hazards associated with silica dust exposure.
