Coats® Maxx 50 Rim Clamp Tire Changer

The Coats® Maxx picks up where the X-Series left off but goes further. This unit has been completely redesigned from the ground up based on extensive customer R&D and represents what it takes to make it in the high-volume tire business

Durable and Reliable Chassis
Our robust chassis is not only capable of clamping extreme assemblies, but it was also tested up to 250,000 bead breaking cycles for ultimate durability in the harshest working environments to make sure it was up for the challenge.

Dual Nozzle
An increased air flow from the dual nozzle bead sealer seals tough beads twice as fast to get your jobs done more efficiently

No Index Tabletop
You can save time and skip the need to index the tabletop when working on large assemblies, reducing pedal presses and allowing techs to keep moving.

Upgradability
Add tool heads like the Robo-Arm© or Robo-Roller©, or add a bead loosening foot pedal so you can grow your Maxx 50 alongside your business.
