3M 05540 3" Roloc™ Disc Holder

The 3M Roloc Bristle Disc Holder provides firm, dependable support for compatible 3M Roloc Bristle Discs, helping technicians achieve consistent and accurate results during demanding automotive, collision repair, and metalworking applications. Designed as part of the 3M Roloc quick-change attachment system, the holder allows abrasive discs to be changed quickly and easily to improve productivity in busy professional shops.

The assembly includes a hard rubber backing pad, Roloc shank, adapter, and required attachment hardware. The durable rubber pad provides solid support for compatible 3M Roloc Bristle Discs, including part numbers 18698 through 18737, helping maintain controlled contact with the work surface during aggressive grinding, cleaning, and surface preparation.

The included shank features 1/4-20 internal threads for quick attachment to common grinding equipment, including compatible drills and pneumatic air tools. The Roloc attachment design allows compatible bristle discs to be installed and removed with a simple twist-on, twist-off motion, eliminating the need for tools during routine disc changes.

When paired with compatible 3M Roloc Bristle Discs, the holder creates a versatile surface preparation system for deburring, blending, finishing, polishing, rust removal, coating removal, and metal surface cleaning.
