The 3M Roloc Gasket Removal Disc is designed to quickly and efficiently remove cut cork gaskets, paper gaskets, and form-in-place gasket materials from steel components during automotive repair and engine service. Ideal for professional technicians, engine builders, and repair shops, this abrasive disc helps prepare mating surfaces before reassembly of critical powertrain components.
Featuring the convenient Roloc quick-change fastening system, the disc installs and removes with a simple 1/2-turn on, 1/2-turn off motion for fast changeouts and improved shop productivity. It is designed for use with the 3M Roloc Disc Pad 05539 for secure attachment during operation.
Ideal for gasket removal on powertrain components, engine blocks, cylinder heads, valve covers, and other steel parts, the 3M Roloc Gasket Removal Disc provides an efficient solution for cleaning gasket surfaces prior to assembly. The disc has a maximum operating speed of 25,000 RPM and should always be used with compatible equipment within the specified speed rating.
