Need help with installation? Our AI assistant has read this installation manual and can help you find the right page and walk you through each step.
This unit features a 1/2" inlet and 1/2" outlet with a maximum airflow of 30 SCFM and comes complete with a regulator/gauge, ball valve, and 1 gallon of desiccant beads, all proudly made in the USA.
It utilizes a five-stage filtration system, starting with a 5-micron water-removing filter with a 9 oz. bowl, sight glass, and overnight drain, followed by a 0.01-micron oil-removing filter with the same features. The third stage is a 1-gallon desiccant filter that lowers the dew point to -30°F and removes moisture in both vapor and liquid form, with color-changing beads (blue to pink) indicating when replacement is needed. The fourth stage includes a 3-micron filter regulator with a 9 oz. bowl and sight glass to protect against desiccant dust, and the fifth stage features a precision regulator that reduces pressure to the required level.
