Featuring an innovative 4-in-1 heat exchanger design with patent-pending technology, the RES Series incorporates a phase change material (PCM) between the refrigeration and compressed air circuits. This high-capacity thermal storage system absorbs heat from warm, moisture-laden compressed air while maintaining a consistent temperature, allowing the PCM to remain colder for longer periods.
By reducing refrigeration compressor cycling compared to conventional energy-saving dryers, the RES Series lowers energy consumption, improves operating efficiency, and provides dependable moisture removal for demanding industrial compressed air applications.
The refrigerated air dryer features a patent-pending stainless steel brazed plate 4-in-1 heat exchanger with an integrated phase change material (PCM) thermal reservoir that delivers a stable pressure dew point for consistent, high-performance moisture removal. Smooth, non-fouling stainless steel surfaces minimize pressure drop and airflow resistance, helping maximize compressed air system efficiency.
An automatic no-air-loss demand drain efficiently removes condensate without wasting valuable compressed air. Condensate drain lines terminate at conveniently located side-mounted discharge connections, while a failure-to-discharge alarm on the operator interface provides added system protection and enhances operational reliability.
A high-efficiency, up-flow aluminum air-cooled condenser draws cool ambient air through the condenser and exhausts it through the top of the dryer, improving cooling performance and increasing overall energy efficiency.
