The EMAX Extended 5-Year Warranty Maintenance Kit provides the essential oil and filtration components required for scheduled maintenance on compatible EMAX 13HP V4 and 14HP gas-driven air compressors. Designed to help maintain compressor performance, protect critical components, and meet extended warranty maintenance requirements, this kit covers approximately 6 months or 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first.

The complete maintenance package includes Smart Piston compressor oil, engine oil, replacement air filters, and a spin-on oil filter, providing the key service items needed for routine preventative maintenance. Regular oil and filter replacement helps promote proper lubrication, cleaner airflow, reduced component wear, and dependable compressor operation in demanding commercial and industrial applications.

Maintenance Kit Includes

  • (2) FILTER057 – Air Filters
  • (2) OILEXPIS102Q – Smart Piston Compressor Oil
  • (2) OILENG101Q – Engine Oil
  • (1) FILTER130 – Spin-On Oil Filter

Maintenance Interval

This EMAX maintenance kit provides the required service components for approximately 1,000 operating hours or 6 months. To maintain applicable EMAX extended 5-year warranty coverage, the required maintenance kits must be purchased every 1,000 operating hours or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.
