The Atlas® PRO-9D features symmetric columns and specially designed arms that can be set in either the symmetric or asymmetric position. This dual-configuration capability gives you the flexibility to adapt to virtually any vehicle service scenario. In asymmetric mode, you gain optimum door clearance and superior weight distribution for most passenger vehicles. Switch to symmetric mode for truck work or vehicles where centered lifting is preferred.
The asymmetric/symmetric arm design offers an extremely low lift pad position on the EZ-metric lift arm configuration, with a minimum arm height of just 4 1/2 inches. This low pad height allows operators to position the lift arms under most small cars with low pickup points as well as heavier pickup trucks—making the PRO-9D one of the most versatile two-post lifts in its class.
The PRO-9D utilizes a dual direct-drive cylinder lifting system for superior reliability and performance. With fewer moving parts than traditional chain or cable systems, the direct-drive design reduces wear, minimizes maintenance requirements, and provides smooth, consistent lifting power. This proven system ensures years of excellent lifting service from your Atlas above ground hoist, with less downtime and lower operating costs.
The lift is powered by a 220V single-phase motor requiring a 30 amp breaker. It uses 3-5 gallons of AW32/AW46 hydraulic oil and features .375-inch diameter cables for maximum strength and safety. Heavy-duty construction includes 5mm column steel thickness, 6mm carriage steel, and 6mm arm steel for exceptional durability under demanding shop conditions.
Every Atlas® PRO-9D comes equipped with professional-grade safety and convenience features designed to enhance productivity and protect your investment. The single-point lock release allows for fast, easy engagement and disengagement of the mechanical safety locks. Automatic arm restraints secure the lift arms in place during operation, preventing unwanted movement.
Rubber guards on carriages protect vehicle body and frame components from damage during lifting. The entire lift is finished with a durable powder coat finish that resists corrosion, chemicals, and shop wear. All mounting hardware is included, and the lift requires a minimum of 4 inches of concrete with 3000 psi for proper installation.
The PRO-9D comes complete with a truck adapter set, giving you the ability to safely lift trucks and vehicles with higher pickup points right from day one. These heavy-duty adapters extend your lifting capability and ensure secure contact with a variety of frame and chassis configurations.
