“All-Inclusive” service system for refilling onboard Diesel Emission Fluid (DEF) tanks. Required equipment for repair facilities servicing diesel powered vehicles with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems.
Equipment is designed and made to handle the corrosive properties of Diesel Emission Fluid.
Diesel Emission Fluid (DEF)
DEF is a Urea-based, non-toxic fluid that transforms harmful Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emissions into harmless water vapor and nitrogen. It is stored onboard all diesel vehicles in a special independent tank. The fluid is pumped into the exhaust system where it reacts with NOx and results in reduced emissions.
Shuts off automatically when DEF tank is full. Prevents overfilling and spillage.
Digital Flow Meter
In-line meter can be reset after each use. Display shows total amount used for each fill-up as well as the gross total of fluid pumped
DEF Series Pump
The pump features a submersed impellor, filtered air vent and sealed bung adapter.
