We designed our 40,000 lb. to 60,000 lb. lifts as an economic high capacity lifting solution in a traditional 4-post design. Diamond plated anti-skid runways and ramps provide for positive vehicle traction. The synchro-power system has dual heavy-duty lift cylinders as well as lever controls, which provide variable or synchronous power to the front and/or rear suspension of the lift, making it perfect for lifting large axle vehicles with heavier front or rear ends, including waste trucks and other construction trucks.
Other features of this heavy duty four post truck lift that provide convenience, safety, and reliable heavy duty lifting include: independent power control console mounted away from the hydraulic lift and bolt down diamond plated approach ramps, adjustable runways to accommodate a variety of vehicle widths and a built in runway rail system for optional rolling jacks, and sliding oil drain pans. Available in standard, extended and extra long lengths to handle many different vehicle lengths.

The independent control console provides safe and convenient access to the lifts’ power controls - features variable-synchro power system to raise and lower the front or rear suspension either simultaneously or independently, dual pressure gauges and single point air lock release button.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation,
abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when
repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is
authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.
